Binah Constructions, the builders of the brand-new, visionary Sapphire on George residential complex in Liverpool engaged Hills Consulting Engineers Pty Ltd to provide the required services for the Section 73 compliance certificate needed in order to complete the project. This innovative project consisted of two high-rise residential towers and two levels of basement parking.

Hills Consulting Engineers carried out all the services required by Binah Constructions including upsizing of water mains, sewer deviation, building plan approvals as well as an extension as the result of basement works.
