Coronation Property’s Mason and Main in the heart of Merrylands is a fresh development comprising of five mixed use towers with commercial and residential units and five levels of basement parking. The project's "Eat Street" and a new shopping strip meant a different challenge in order to adjust the existing services and the upsizing of old assets.

Hills Consulting Engineers was engaged to carry out the sewer deviation and upsizing of the sewer main to DN600. We also re-aligned the stormwater box culverts trespassing the development site.
