Shepard Street Developments Pty Ltd’s development, The Foundry, at 20 Shepard St Liverpool was part of the innovative, new Paper Mill precinct in Liverpool. The Foundry, consisted of 2 residential high-rise buildings with a total of 241 apartments.

Shepard Street Developments engaged Hills Consulting Engineers Pty Ltd as the water servicing coordinator for design and procurement of water and sewer services required for the development. The upsizing of the existing watermain to DN200mm was required from Shepard St to the Hume Highway and Hills Consulting further carried out 750m of watermain upsizing in the vicinity of the railway line, passing under the Hume Highway. Hills Consulting completed the bulk of the work at night with extensive liaison with various authorities to obtain their approval.
